About Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana
On 15th August 2025, our Prime Minister, Our Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, talked about a new plan. It is called Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana. This plan will help young people get jobs and money support. The main aim of this scheme is to help young people who have just got their first permanent job. They will get up to ₹15,000 as support so they can start their career without worries. The government has saved a very big amount of money, ₹99,446 crore, for this plan.
It will help around 3.5 crore young people, and from them, about 1.92 crore are working for the first time. The scheme has two parts. Part A provides financial compensation to new employees, and Part B offers benefits to employers. To apply, students and employers can simply register on the portal or the UMANG App.
Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana Registration
- Applicants have to visit the Official Website for the one-time registration at pmvbry.epfindia.gov.in
- You now need to complete the employee enrollment process via the EPFO Portal.
- Then you have to generate a Universal Account Number (UAN) using the Face Authentication Technology on the UMANG App.
- Then you have to complete your KYC by providing your PAN & Aadhar Card details.
- Now you have to link your Aadhar Seeded Bank account with the EPF Account.
- At Last, you must complete the Financial Literacy Course within 12 months of Joining.
For employees, no separate form is needed. Once a PF account is made and linked with Aadhaar, the money will come directly to the bank account.
For employers, first get an EPFO code from the Shram Suvidha Portal, then register on EPFO’s employer login. Hire eligible workers, file monthly ECR, and every 6 months, incentives will be sent to the company’s PAN-linked bank account.
Objective Of Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana

- If a job is left early, benefit is not given.
- Without an Aadhaar-based UAN, application is not accepted.

- If PF returns are not filed, incentives are stopped.
- Workers not staying 6 months are made ineligible.
Benefits Of Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana
- Jobs between 1st August 2025 and 31st July 2027 will be covered, and only first-time employees registered with EPFO can get the benefit.
- Financial help of ₹15,000 will be given in 2 parts, but only to workers earning up to ₹1 lakh per month.
- First payment comes after 6 months of work, and the second after 12 months with financial literacy training.
- The scheme will help 3.5 crore youngsters, give them permanent jobs, and create more opportunities for unemployed youth.
