The government of Maharashtra, under the rule of the Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, has launched a landmark women’s welfare initiative named the Ladki Bahin Yojana, announced by the Finance Minister Ajit Pawar, aiming to provide financial security to women by giving them a financial amount of INR 15,00 per month, and to foster their economic independence and improve their overall well-being. Where to complete Ladki Bahin Yojana eKYC
The e-KYC of Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana will be done in the bank where the woman has her bank account. You can also get the e-KYC done from the nearest CSC center, but note that only those women whose forms have been accepted by the officials can get the e-KYC done, and all those women who have not yet applied for this Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana can apply for this scheme before 31 October.

- First of all, the candidate has to visit the official website of the scheme.

- After reaching the homepage of the website, you have to search for the “eKYC” button and then click on it.
- A new page will appear on your screen requiring the 12-digit Aadhaar number.
- A one-time password (OTP) will be sent you you linked mobile Enter the OTP in the designated box.
- After entering the OTP and completing the authentication, the portal will show your details as per the government database. You need to check the information carefully.
- After confirming the details shown by the portal, you need to seek the “Submit Now” button and click on it.
- Hence, you have completed your eKYC.

- You have to click on the “apply online option on the homepage.

- You’ll receive a registration ID via SMS for tracking.
Common Problems and their Solutions on the eKYC Portal
- OTP Not Received – Here, you’ll need to use the number linked to your Aadhaar Card. If you have entered another number, the OTP will not be sent.
- Money is not received even after completing eKYC- Maybe you have entered the wrong bank account details, such as Account Number, IFSC Code, etc. You have to enter the correct banking details.
- Shown Ineligible but Eligible– This happens because the Government is taking a survey and checking all the eligible citizens’ records, including tax data. You have to keep your eKYC Documents ready and do eKYC again by contacting helpline 181.
