MP Soybean Price Deficiency Scheme 2025
This scheme is launched by the Madhya Pradesh government Under this scheme, The main aim of government behind launching this scheme is to support farmers when the market price of soybean falls below the MSP (Minimum Support Price), is it happens the government will pay the remaining amount directly to the farmers who have registered themselves under this scheme. So it will help farmers in recovering from their losses and getting a fair price for their hard work.
Objective of MP Soybean Price Deficiency Scheme
The main goal behind launching this scheme is to protect soybean farmers from losses caused by low market prices. When they take their crops to the market even after a good harvest, they don’t get the price that they were expecting, It happens due to market changes, oversupply, or other reasons. So the government taken this step to make sure that farmers will get the right and full value for their hard work.
Even if the market price is low, the farmer will get the full price as decided under MSP and the remaining amount will be paid by the government. So that the farmers don’t have to worry about the market prices and they can continue their farming without any fear.
How to Register for the Scheme
- Go to the official portal for farmers in Madhya Pradesh https://mpeuparjan.nic.in/
- On the homepage, search for Farmer Registration or Price Deficiency Scheme option and click on it.
- Enter Your Basic Details like Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, Samagra ID, District and Block Name and Khasra Number
- Upload Required Documents most probably they’ll ask for Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook, Khasra, Passport Photo
- Check Land Details, Make sure all the information is correct
- After that Choose the crop: Soybean, and enter the total area, where you’ve grown the crop.
- After filling all details, click on Submit
- You will get an registration number save it for future reference
How Will the Compensation Be Given?
- The amount given to the farmer will be based on the difference between MSP and market price.
- If the market price is less than MSP but higher than the state model price, then it will be given equal to the difference between selling price and MSP.
- If the marker price is less than the state model price, then it will be given as per the difference between MSP and model price.
Survey and Relief for Crop Damage
- Apart from price deficiency, if the farmer faces losses due to natural calamities like Heavy rain, Drought, Hailstorms etc then the government will provide compensation separately under the State Disaster Response Fund or PM Fasal Bima Yojana (if the farmer is insured).
- So that the farmer will get support both in case of low market prices and crop failure.
