How to Fill PMAY Online Form?

• Visit the Official Website https://pmaymis.gov.in.

• On the homepage, click on the Citizen Assessment option.
• You will see two options one is For Slum Dwellers and Benefit Under 3 Components, choose as per your requirement
• After that, Enter Your Aadhaar Number
• After entering it, click on Check to proceed.
• Now you will see the application form. Fill it carefully with correct information
• After filling everything, Click on Submit
• Once submitted, an application number will be shown.

Complete Application Process for Different PMAY Components

Eligibility Criteria

• If You or your family don’t own a pucca house anywhere in India
• You should not have taken help from any other government housing scheme.
• You must have a valid Aadhaar card.

Your family income should fall under one of the following categories

• Economically Weaker Section – Up to Rs3lakh
• Low Income Group – Rs3 – Rs6 lakh
• Middle Income Group I – Rs6 – Rs12 lakh
• Middle Income Group II – Rs12 – Rs18 lakh

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Offline Application

• If you’re not able to fill online form or don’t have internet access, you can apply offline too.
•  Visit your nearest Common Service Centre (CSC) or municipal office.
• Ask for the PMAY Urban application form.
• Fill in your details carefully
• Attach copies of your documents like ID proof, Aadhaar card, income proof, NOC from the relevant authority, address proof
• Submit the form to the official.

Who is Not Qualified to Purchase Property Under PMAY?

• If you or any of your family members already own a pucca house.
• If you’ve already taken help from any housing scheme
• If your annual income is more than Rs18 lakh
• If you are applying for a second house or investment property

There is no official final date yet for the PMAY Urban Application 2025, but as per sources the date is extended by March 31, 2022 to December 2025. but don’t wait too long. Government schemes can close without much notice.
